Грузия обвиняет Россию в открытии еще одной военной базы в Абхазии без согласования с Тбилиси. База вступила в строй в районе села Агубедия Очамчирского района, туда введена тяжелая техника и установлены системы ПВО, утверждает грузинская сторона. В Минобороны России эту информацию назвали "очередной уткой".

Вот такое дерьмо русская душа, готовы своих детей угробить, лишь бы за Держава козу Грузии показала. И кто после этого русские? Интересно, это у всех русских такое дерьмо в душе, или только у правителей, которые сами не гибнут. А правители дурят этих мудаков?

Паата Закареишвили считает, что инцидент в Хурче подготовленный спектакль. "Я уверен, что ни Нани Kaдава, ни другие люди не знали, что грузинское правительство намеревалось сделать. Я думаю, что они оказались там случайно. То же самое можно сказать и о раненой, и лишь случайно, что она осталась в живых. Однако, если она погибла бы, то это имело бы еще больший эффект чем сам инцидент в Хурче. Действия Нани Kaрдава были наивны. Может быть, они даже хотели убить ее, но им не удалось. '08 Nana Pazhava, Zugdidi Georgian law enforcers have not published any investigation materials on Khurcha incident up to present time. The incident in Khurcha occurred on May 21, 2008, on the parliamentary Election Day in Georgia. The investigation results have not been evaluated by the representatives of the peacekeeping forces operating in Georgian-Abkhazian conflict zone as well. The UN mission to the conflict zone is still reluctant to make any concrete conclusions. Representatives of Commonwealth of Independent States’ (CIS) peacekeeping forces have been the only ones to provide statements. State Security Department of de facto government of Abkhazia has already presented the investigation materials and denied the possibility of Abkhazian law enforcers’ participation in the incident. However, the society has still many hard questions to ask. Nonetheless, the Human Right Center in Georgia ran a report on this incident the very next day, which has raised disturbing questions regarding the authenticity of “separatists attempting to kill Georgians” who wanted to participate in parliamentary elections. Regardless of the ledger of guilt or innocence, it now appears that “The explosion of buses was a staged event by Georgian Special Services,” stated Vladimir Arlan, deputy head of the State Security Department of Abkhazia. He also told that Georgian government’s allegations about Abkhaz soldiers shooting the bus that was carrying people to the Georgian controlled territory so they could participate in parliamentary election are false and groundless. The State Security Department of Abkhazia investigated that the incident occurred on the territory of Zugdidi District and within 500 meters from 310th block post of CIS peacekeeping troops. It is indicated in the investigation materials that emergency cars, fire engine, TV journalists and representatives of Constitutional Security Department (CSD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia were suspiciously moving in Khurcha just a few minutes before the actual incident. Abkhaz law enforcers visited the area. Not far from the place where the incident actually happened they found a trench, which had been dug by Georgian special divisions beforehand. The Abkhazians found a mobile telephone that belonged to Zamo Gabedava, the representative of CSD of MIA in the trench. Vladimir Arlan: “You can tell by incoming and ongoing calls of the mobile phone that Gabedava had intensive contact with his head officials Roman Shamatava, Zurab Logua and Gia Baramia, the representatives of CSD of MIA within one hour before the bus was blown and shot up.” Zurab Logua, the representative of CSD Abkhazeti Department denies that he had any connection with the Khurcha Incident whatsoever, let alone having had a telephone conversation with Zamo Gabedava. He calls the statements that Security Council from Sokhumi made as being absurd. The Russian peacekeepers have been commenting on the incident since 22 May, 2008. Aleksandr Diodiev, assistant to the head of CIS peacekeeping forces was the first to comment o the incident. He stated that Georgian special services might somehow been involved in the Khurcha Incident. Aleksandr Diodiev: “The explosion of two buses in Khurcha might have been actually planned by Georgian Special Services. My allegations are based on the fact that the representatives of Georgian media had been on the crime scene before the shooting started.” The CSD peacekeeping troops inform that at 2 p.m. on May 21, 2008 Russian soldiers spotted from block posts # 310 and # 209 gun shooting from north of Khurcha, 200 meters away from the settlement. They also inform that they heard someone had fired a grenade. The shooting lasted 15 minutes in duration. The CIS and UN peacekeeping troops were mobilized in the neutral zone. This fact was noted by Russian military officers as well as Ruslan Kishmaria, private representative of Sergei Shamba in the Gali district. Ruslan Kishmaria: “The representatives of CIS peacekeeping forces and UN Mission investigated the incident site. The situation in Gali district is stable. All law enforcing bodies are doing their jobs in a normal fashion. There have been no reported instances of illegal border crossings or other incidents. Khurcha, the site where the buses were blown up, is under the control of Georgian government.” While Russians and Abkhazians suspect that only the Georgians were involved in organizing this incident, Georgians themselves have many versions. Khurcha was the place from where the first suspects of an organized provocation came. Regardless, those inhabitants who live in the village of Khurcha village have interesting facts: Shorena Toria: “Two men came to my neighbor; I did not see their faces. I only heard how they were asking Vardisha Esartia and her daughter, who are my neighbors to go to the football pitch where two buses were parked waiting to pick them up. I found out from their conversation that they wanted to organize as many people on site as possible. The intention was to film how Georgians living in Abkhazia were coming to Khurcha in order to participate in parliamentary elections. My neighbors went as instructed and within 5 minutes the shooting broke out, which was then followed by explosions: we were very frightened and tried to escape…” Vardisha Esartia: “I and my daughter told these two men that we had already been to the polling station and cast our votes. They told me: “We know that, but we are asking you to help us. We want to film the process, and there are journalists and camera persons already waiting for us.” We were not able to go to the football pitch as shooting had just broken out within a few minutes.” Nani Kardava, principal of Nabakevi Secondary School was injured at the gates of Nazi Toria’s house. Blood traces can be seen even now at the wire fence and on the grass. A lot of spent cartridges were found in Nazi Toria’s yard. One woman who is an inhabitant but who did not want to disclose her identity said that a few minutes before the explosion teachers from the Khurcha Secondary School had gone to the buses, and this was at the request of journalists and other strangers. Nani Kardava was injured when there was an explosion. The police took her to Zugdidi Central Hospital just a few minutes later, Soon the football pitch was filled up with emergency vehicles, fire engines and Special Forces. Several people panicked when shooting started again. However, in spite of their fear, and when the evacuation process started, the locals began to reveal some interesting information. “We are tired of watching and participating in these shows and this looks more like a tragic comedy. We might be killed with a stray bullet but no one cares about us. Why do we need this evacuation? Whom are we escaping from? Are we escaping from our own police or from the Georgian government?! They think we do not know anything of what is going-on. Why was the dislocation place changed to the representatives of the Department of Special Tasks? Why were security and police forces mobilized in close proximity to Khurcha? Why the emergency response vehicles and fire engines arrived before the actual explosion? We already understood that journalists and the government had agreed on things ahead of time but we still cannot understand who is actually giving orders and calling the shots.” “I remember January 5, 2008 presidential elections. Neither this time nor back in January did the Abkhazians close their block posts for us. Everyone is free to move back and forth. When the shooting started in Khurcha, Abkhaz soldiers in Nabakevi ran out of their barracks half dressed; they asked us what had happened,” stated a male resident from Nabakevi, a village in Abkhazia. People who live near Georgian-Abkhazian administrative border recall the January 5, 2008 Presidential Day Election when TV-channels publicized videotapes with the River Juma scenes and told that it was the Enguri River. “We have become accustomed to so many lies, when they show something that happened in village of Odishi, which is near Zugdidi and tell that it took place in Nabakevi. They do not surprise us with anything they do, and we did not revolt when we could not find any of acquaintances among those people who allegedly crossed river Enguri, and with great difficulty, as they wanted to participate in Georgian elections.” People were shocked when they saw the scenes publicized on May 21, 2008. The Khurcha inhabitants recall that the conversation between Nani Kardava and Zaal Eliava amid the shooting, which was viewed as being the most emotional. Nani Kardava is the school principal and the head of village Nabakevi Village Administration appointed by the Abkhazian de facto government. Zaal Eliava is the governor of Nabakevi but he was appointed by Georgian government. “We heard their conversation together as the sounds of shooting could be heard. The woman was injured lying on the ground. Eliava was hiding in a trench. They talked in Mengrelian. Kardava: “Thank you Zaal, thank you! Have you brought me here for this?” Eliava: “Do not be afraid. You won’t die!” Kardava: “I am already dead, Zaal!” Another woman was filmed as well, as she was trying to protect herself from the rain of bullets with an umbrella. There was also a man who approached the injured woman and called out to her in the Mengrelian language, which is not understandable for most Georgians: “You poor thing, where were going? You poor, poor thing” – this man helped the police officers to evacuate the injured woman. Paata Zakareishvili considers that Khurcha incident was a staged event. “I am sure neither Nani Kardava, nor other people knew what the Georgian government had in mind. I think that they only found themselves there by happenstance. The same is true of the woman that was injured, and it was only by chance that she stayed alive. However, if she had died then it would have caused an even greater campaign then Khurcha incident itself. Nani Kardava’s action was naïve. Maybe they even had wanted to kill her but they failed.” The two exploded buses have been since removed from the Khurcha football pitch. Iuri Kacharava and Mamuka Akhvlediani, drivers were both promised new buses by the Georgian government. Well, they disserved it… {for a job well-done}.

At about 2:00 MP when observers from the Human Rights Center were distributed to various polling stations in Zugdidi District to perform their election monitoring responsibilities, two buses traveling from the village of Nabakevi to Zugdidi were allegedly ambushed by Russian backed Abkhaz separatist and the bus blowup with shooting and human casualties in the village of Khurcha. Nana Kardava, director of the Nabakevi Public School in Abkhazia, a Georgian breakaway zone, was one of passengers in the buses traveling to Zugdidi along with 60 others. They were making the trip in order to cast their vote in the March 21, 2008 Georgian parliamentary elections. Tornike Kilanava, a representative of the Gali Administration and also a relative of the injured woman, reported to the Human Rights Center that Nana Kardava had been wounded on her right back and how she had suffered numerous injuries all over the body. Zaal Eliava, a local and eyewitness, also accompanied Nana Kardava to Zugdidi hospital told how “People were eager to vote and they decided to taken part in the progressive activities that were occur on the Georgian side of the divide between Abkhazia and Georgia proper. We were traveling from Nabakevi by two buses and as soon as we crossed the border the shooting started. It was as everybody was shooting a wide range of firearms were used; they even used grenade launcher too. I lied down on the ground like others and only thought of surviving. A grenade exploded the close distance of five meters away from me; I could have been killed. He continues the horrifying story, “I then went with the wounded Nana Kardava. We were able to flag down a car on the highway and were driven to the hospital. Others were also wounded but their medical conditions were not so grave. Initially, they were firing from Abkhazian side but later we heard shooting from both sides. I could not be sure of anything; I was unconscious.” Anatoli Jologua, another alleged eyewitness of the incident stated: “We arrived in the village of Khurcha within Koki Community to vote. When we were entering the village when first heard gunshots. As soon as we exited from the buses we saw Abkhazian armed forces. They saw the people who were moving to the buses and who had wanted to arrive in Kobi. Fortunately, the people were not on the bus yet; they could have killed all of us. Journalist, TV reporters were on the place. They were filming people who were going to participation in the election process.” Koba Davitashvili, single mandate candidate from the United Opposition, visited Nana Kardava. He told, “This woman has become a victim of a provocation organized by Abkhaz separatists and Russian peacekeepers. Consequently we now call upon the government to send it police and security forces to the villages of Khurcha and Ganmukhuri to protect our people instead of deploying them to polling stations.” Nana Pazhava, journalist for the Human Rights Center, immediately traveled to the place of in shooting and explosion incident. “I was fifty meters away from the place where the two buses were burning. Special Forces, rapid reaction forces, regional police, firefighting vehicles and ambulances were immediately mobilized on the scene. Shooting was heard from both sides on my arrival too. Locals reported that fire was being exchanged, both automatic small arms fire and an exchange between grenade launchers. A group of police also moved forward towards the scene of the firefight. Locals claimed the incident coincided when journalists of Georgian TV Companies had left for the villages situated at the Georgian-Abkhazian de-facto border. They were to record people who were crossing Enguri River to part in the elections. Journalists represented Georgian Public Broadcasting (State TV) and Rustavi 2. However, there were different stories. We obtained different information from Shorena Koria, a local resident. She lives 50 meters away from the place of the incident. She recalled that when she arrived at the place of the accident she saw strange people sitting in a Jeep were talking with the locals. These strangers told villagers that two buses were on their way from the other side of Enguri River and it would be better if they would more people on the place\ because journalists were assembled to meet them on the scene. Koria said she had refused to accompany the strangers to the place where others had assembled. However, others had not, and they had gone with them. The journalists started filming as the people begin to get out from the buses. It was at this instance that the shooting started. Soon two mini-buses were completely burned up. Nana Pazhava shares yet another version that based on what locals told her. They reported that Abkhazian people were not deployed on the scene where the explosion took place and actually everything had been organized by a certain group of people. They said “People are tired of seeing so many staged performances. How long can such kinds of incidents organized to take place before each and every elections? Moreover, the people stated they understand that in spite of the fanfare that such incidents are not intended to kill anybody. However, it is possible that somebody might end up dead from a stray bullet. Russian military forces and Russian Colonel arrived on the place as well. Pashtiani, [first name not available], Commander of Russian peacekeepers, Zaza Gorozia, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Governor and representatives of the Gali District Administration soon arrived in the village of Khurcha. People stated to them they had failed in carrying out their scenario. Russian colonel said he could make comments only after he learned about the situation. Surprisingly, Georgian commander should have been more interested in finding out the situation than what had been the Russian Colonel. I had an impression that Pashtian was trying to pull away the Russian Colonel from me in order to prevent to keep us from talking.” After the incident, the polling station in Khurcha was closed down. The incident was broadcasted on National News. Much attention was given to it by the media and other interested stakeholders became of it far-reaching implications.

Caucasus Reporting Service Reporting Impact Caucasus: May ‘08 Listeners to programme produced by IWPR appreciate its first-hand reporting of bus blast. By IWPR staff in Tbilisi (30-Jun-08) An IWPR radio reporter’s coverage of an election-day attack on two buses near the disputed boundary with Abkhazia has been singled out by listeners for its balance and comprehensiveness. The buses were carrying Georgians living in the Gali region of southern Abkhazia to vote in Zugdidi, the nearest town where they could vote in Georgia’s parliamentary election on May 21. They were passing through Khurcha, a village located right on the border line between Abkhazia and Georgia’s Samegrelo region, when both vehicles blew up. No one was killed, but several passengers were injured, two of them seriously. The Georgian government accused the authorities in the self-declared republic of Abkhazia of carrying out the attack to deter other ethnic Georgians in Gali from going to vote, and most of the country’s media followed this official line. “Georgian media provided biased coverage of the incident in Khurcha,” said Rusudan Pachkoria, a lawyer with the Legal Protection Institute based in Samegrelo. “The only balanced information I heard was from IWPR’s radio magazine. Listening to the IWPR journalist’s report, where witnesses, policemen, officials and local residents all got to speak, I got a clear idea of what happened there.” Tamuna Shonia, who had attended an IWPR training event only days before, reported from the scene for the Accent radio programme. The twice-monthly programme is produced as part of IWPR’s Georgia Regional Media Network Project, involving Georgian journalists from around the country. Instead of apportioning blame, Accent’s report presented and examined information coming from various sources. “Together with several colleagues, I recorded a woman who witnessed the explosion. No one else went into depth and investigated the situation,” said Shonia. “IWPR was the only organisation that covered the Khurcha incident comprehensively.” “For me, it was a great boost that the editors don’t even try to restrict my freedom,” added the reporter. The Accent programme was syndicated and broadcast by several regional radio stations which cover most of Georgia. The first-hand information and unbiased angle of the story made many listeners rethink what they had been told by the mainstream media. “The [Georgian] television stations and newspapers claimed that Abkhaz terrorists were responsible for what happened,” said Nunu Murjikneli, a regular Accent listener who lives in the city of Kutaisi in west-central Georgia. “One only heard local officials and politicians commenting on the incident. It was only in the Accent programme that I heard someone who had actually witnessed the incident. The IWPR journalist’s report gave me a clearer picture of what happened in Khurcha.” Zugdidi journalist Irakli Lagvilava, who reported from the scene himself, explained how difficult it is to get media outlets to carry on-the-spot coverage of this kind – his own material was rebuffed by a number of outlets. “Until then, no one had ever approached local people to get eyewitness accounts. Politics UN Blames Georgians For Khurcha Incident Report states that Georgian civilians were attacked from Georgian side of Abkhaz border The United Nations Observer Mission in Georgia (UNOMIG) has published a report on an incident which occurred at Khurcha, near the border with Georgia’s breakaway region of Abkhazia, during the recent parliamentary election campaign. As a result of reports that the official version of what happened during this incident may have been untrustworthy, an investigation was called for, which largely contradicts the claims made by the Georgian authorities and confirms contrary claims made by election observers, outlined in the election report published by HRIDC. On the day of the parliamentary elections, May 21, it was reported that two buses carrying ethnic Georgians were blown up by forces operating from the Abkhaz side of the de facto border. TV stations produced footage of the attack and President Saakashvili later visited injured passengers in hospital, also with TV cameras present. The buses were carrying people from Gali to Zugdidi to vote, it was reported. The UN report, however, states that the passengers did not ask to go and vote but were “requested to gather” at the football field and wait for the bus. After a heavy burst of small arms fire, the buses were hit by rocket-propelled grenades. Though Georgia has claimed the attack was the work of Abkhaz separatists, UNOMIG has found that the grenades were fired from the Georgian side of the ceasefire line, from about 100 metres away from the buses. The report also notes that the presence of TV crew at the football field by prior invitation suggests that the attack was anticipated by whoever sent the TV crews there. Three people were hospitalized by the attack and one seriously injured, and UNOMIG will continue with its investigation due to the “inconsistencies” between the official version of events and its own findings. Other investigators have also drawn similar conclusions about the incident, again at variance with the version offered by the Georgian government. The Reporter studio in Tbilisi, which recently aired a documentary on the incident in Tbilisi cinemas, has stated directly that it believes the attack on the buses and voters was pre-arranged by the Georgian side. Reporter has examined the complete TV footage, including elements not broadcast in reports, and this shows that the cameraman who recorded the grenades hitting the buses had already erected his tripod in the ideal position to record this and was filming the empty bus when the grenades hit, clearly anticipating this would happen. Reporter also interviewed local residents who claimed that two unknown men had told people to follow them as “people were needed for a video shoot”, with no mention of voting. The HRIDC election report made similar allegations. Writing two days after the event, Norwegian Helsinki Committee representatives Ivar Dale and Aage Borchgrevink, who were acting as election observers, stated that although the buses did travel from the Abkhaz side of the border carrying voters, they did not go to the polling station, although it is implied this would have been just as easy to do as driving to the soccer field. The TV crews were already there. Following gunfire and the grenade attack of the buses, Georgian soldiers and security personnel started firing heavily towards the Abkhaz side of the border. As Khurcha lies within the demilitarized zone, there are no Georgian military stationed there, and the nearest base is around 15 minutes drive away along very bad roads, meaning that it would have been impossible for the Georgian military to react to the sound of gunfire or exploding grenades as rapidly as they did without prior knowledge of the incident. The HRIDC observers concur that the grenades were fired from about 100 metres from the buses on the Georgian side of the line, having been able to trace the flight path of a grenade which missed the buses. Having consulted a weapons expert, they believe that they were probably fired by an under-slung grenade launcher, a very short range weapon unlikely to reach the buses if fired from the Abkhaz side of the border, which requires specialist training to use effectively, training which is rarely available to anyone other than military and security personnel. As stated in the Reporter documentary, local residents who witnessed the incident say that the initial gun and grenade fire came from the Georgian side, and questioned the prior presence of TV crews at the soccer field and the fact that no one knew who had organized the bussing. HRIDC claims that the voters involved were not from Gali but locals, gathered for the purpose. All parties concur that those responsible for the voters being in that place at that time were not known or identifiable election officials. The Georgian authorities have expressed surprise that their version of events has been questioned, maintaining that no one could doubt that the Abkhaz separatists were responsible for the attack. Indeed Nika Rurua, Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee for Defence and Security, said that " the reports are not true, and talking as if Georgia has staged the Khurcha incident is nonsense and nothing more." The authorities have not explained however why the Abkhaz waited until the bus was in Georgian-held territory before attacking it, as it was crossing from their side of the line. According to Tbilisi the Abkhaz were seeking to restrict the movement of voters, but the UNOMIG report contradicts this assertion, and maintains that buses carrying voters passed freely into Georgian-held territory throughout the voting period. The Abkhaz side has denied involvement in the incident. The UNOMIG investigation, and its continuation, have been supported by many high-level international figures in this region, including U.S. envoy Matthew Bryza and Guillaume Siemienski of the OSCE Mission to Georgia. Consequently there are likely to be further developments in this story. It is not known whether the Georgian side has carried out any investigation, and to date no one has been charged with firing bullets and grenades at buses filled with civilians. В течение последних десятилетий принципиально изменилась военная доктрина Китая: вместо оборонительной тактики, ориентированной на изнурение потенциальных агрессоров, она стала наступательной, с более мобильными армейскими соединениями, ориентированной на мелкие, локальные войны. Самая большая армия в мире - НОАК (Народно-освободительная армия Китая) была сокращена с 5 до 2,5 млн человек. Полным ходом идет переоснащение армии Китая, которая сегодня на 80% вооружена российским оружием. Идущая вот уже несколько лет реформа китайской армии нацелена главным образом на большую боеспособность и повышение уровня технического оснащения. Сокращается также количество офицеров, а их функции передаются нижним чинам. По закону в Китае в любом армейском подразделении должно быть около 30% солдат - членов Коммунистической армии Китая (КПК). В некоторых элитных частях число коммунистов составляет 40%. В целом НОАК остается верна заветам великого коммунистического диктатора вождя Мао Цзэдуна, который в 1969 году заявил в передовице главной китайской газеты "Жэньминь Жибао": "Эта армия всегда бесстрашно идет вперед. Она полна решимости одолеть любого врага, сама же она никогда не покорится врагу. Народно-освободительная армия всегда была и будет боевым отрядом. Даже после победы во всей стране она будет оставаться боевым отрядом в течение целого исторического периода, до тех пор пока в стране не будут уничтожены классы, а в мире будет существовать империалистическая система. Тут не должно быть никаких недоразумений и колебаний. Не бояться трудностей, не бояться смерти! Мы непременно освободим Тайвань!" По оценкам американских военных экспертов, технологическое отставание китайской армии от американской составляет от 15 до 20 лет. Очевидно, что обогнать Америку в военном отношении Китаю не удастся, не удастся даже догнать, тогда как по отношению к России армия Китая уже имеет серьезные преимущества: высокую боеспособность, большую численность, а также, как это уже признали российские официальные лица, даже вооружениями российского производства китайская армия оснащена лучше и больше, чем армия России, так как почти все военные новинки у России покупает Китай, тратя на это, по официальным данным, $30 млрд в год, а по неофициальным - все $40-45 млрд. По сравнению со странами-соседями Китай усиливается в военном отношении уже достаточно мощно, что стало поводом для озабоченности во многих странах. Парламент Японии, традиционного геополитического противника Китая на Дальнем Востоке, в минувшем году внес поправки в Конституцию, позволяющие значительно усилить оборонное строительство перед лицом растущей "китайской угрозы". Китай имеет претензии на территории по всему периметру своей границы и ведет мудрую экспансионистскую политику. Если в отношении Тайваня позиция китайских руководителей за 40 лет так и не изменилась (Тайвань в Пекине считают территорией принадлежащей Китаю), то в отношении других прилегающих территорий ведутся разные по интенсивности и тактике специальные мероприятия. В 35-миллионном государстве Непал, расположенном в Гималаях, успешно действуют вооруженные маоистские повстанцы, которые уже несколько раз приводили страну на порог гражданской войны. Монголия не представляет никакой угрозы Китаю, но эта степная и пустынная территория совершенно непривлекательна в материальном смысле и способна являться только плацдармом для развертывания наступления на российскую Восточную Сибирь и Дальний Восток. Территория КНДР может быть захвачена Китаем после свержения тамошнего хрупкого коммунистического режима или в случае угрозы применения северокорейцами ядерного оружия. Китай может аннексировать Северную Корею под предлогом того, что эта страна обладает ядерным оружием и поэтому в состоянии анархии является опасной для мирового сообщества. Интересно также и то, что США в отношении Тайваня откровенно умыли руки, сделав недавно заявление примерно в том смысле, что "спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих", и предложив Тайваню купить вооружений у американских компаний на $15 млрд. Америка делает ту же ошибку, что и европейские демократии, которые позволили Гитлеру до 1941 года по кусочкам захватить всю Центральную Европу, а когда аппетиты военной машины Германии были разогреты, ее уже невозможно было остановить. Очевидно, что, сколько бы вооружений Тайвань ни закупил, этому маленькому острову никак не остановить военную машину огромного Китая. Захват Тайваня уже предрешен и неизбежен, поскольку Китай не может не рассчитывать на огромные и передовые высокотехнологические производственные мощности этой страны. Америке очень выгодно втянуть Китай в любую масштабную войну, чтобы ослабить эту страну, мощь которой угрожающе растет. И американцы понимают, что Тайванем придется пожертвовать с благой целью: легкость, с которой падет остров Формоза, будет фактором, который усилит аппетиты китайских военных, и они не задумываясь начнут новую, уже более серьезную войну. Тайваньское вторжение не есть конечная стратегическая цель американской внешней политики, цель США - столкнуть Китай с Индией или Россией в крупном конфликте, который наконец сможет несколько ослабить военную мощь китайского "дракона". Для нападения на Тайвань у Китая есть уже все юридические основания. В начале 2005 года Всекитайское собрание народных представителей (парламент КНР) приняло закон, в котором говорится о возможности применения военной силы против "мятежного острова". Закон был принят единогласно. Заседание завершилось бурными овациями. В документе есть оговорка, в каком именно случае КНР начнет вооруженный конфликт с островом: "Если все условия для мирного объединения будут исчерпаны". Единственный сдерживающий фактор - существование договора Организации Государств Юго-Восточной Азии (СЕАТО), подписанный в 1951 году США, Австралией и Новой Зеландией, по которому в случае китайской агрессии в Азии страны - участники договора должны предпринять совместные действия против Китая, в том числе военные. Данный договор был заключен во времена полной разрухи в Китае, когда страна не обладала ядерным оружием, а в настоящее время союзники вряд ли решатся на войну против могучего современного Китая. Качественный рост мощи армии Китая является главной военной угрозой для России в ближайшее десятилетие. Очевидно, что за несколько лет Китай решит все вопросы с территориями по своему периметру и вопрос вторжения в Россию будет лишь вопросом времени. Китай не остановится даже перед угрозой применения Россией ядерного оружия, ибо уже не раз китайская армия делала небольшие вылазки против СССР во времена, когда Советский Союз уже обладал боевым ядерным потенциалом, тем более что, по последним данным, Китай сам обладает большим запасом ядерных зарядов. Кроме того, Китай не просто так претендует на российский Дальний Восток. Эти "исконно российские" земли на самом деле стали таковыми только во время второй опиумной войны 1856-1860 годов, в которой Англия и Франция совместно разбили Китай, а царская Россия хитроумно поучаствовала в дележе добычи, разжившись огромными дальневосточными территориями, где в 1861 году и был основан морской порт Владивосток
Кретино! Да чему, особенно сейчас, завидовать? Тому, что у них один из САМЫХ ннизких уровней жизни на пост советском пространстве или тому, что они в который раз выбрали президента - клиента психбольницы, или тому, что при полной нищете народа у них самая ДОРОГАЯ (в денежном варажении на душу населения) армия, тому что САМЫЕ ЖЕСТОКИЕ разгоны демонстантов были в Грузии (если бы в России так разгоняли НЕСОГЛАСНЫХ, то ВСЯ Европа бы уже вопила о возрождении сталинизма (к стати Сталин был грузином, но, почему-то этот факт старательно ими забывается) в Росси). Да и потенция их, после советских времён, сильно пошатнулась (как биологическая, так и материальная). И Российские женщины с большей радостью едут в Турцию, а не в УЖЕ зануханную Грузию. Так что СПАСИБО Мишньке за НАШЕ семейное счастье (даже местного алкаша суммарная потенция выше, чем у 90%грузинов). Да простят меня ГРУЗИНЫ. В общем ВЫ - ОТЛИЧНЫЕ ПАРНИ.
